Foibles Fair? - Guild Wars Forums

Hey I'm looking for the 2nd Mesmer trainer and I've been told that its "Vassar, in Foibles fair" but where is foibles fair? is it in wizzards folly? and if no where the heck is it?

Continue south out of Wizard's Folly. Just before you get into the mountains, look to your right and back. Foibles Fair should be right down the hill.

When you find the resurrection portal in Wizards Folly the entrance is across and slightly down the hill. You can see the sign from the resurrect Portal.
